Victorian Antique TURQUOISE Station Chain Etruscan Revival 9k Rosy Gold Long Guard Muff Necklace

ABOUT:

Gorgeous antique station chain from the Victorian period with four spherical pendants set with natural turquoise spaced along the chain. Each little orb is set with the pretty blue stones with Etruscan Revival designs on each, popular for the period.

Found in the UK, the clasp is stamped 9CT for 9k gold and the chain has the most wonderful rich and warm, rosy gold antique patina. Some parts test a bit higher. We love to see this coloring as it simply cannot be found on modern pieces.

Longer length to wear layered or as a pendant holder. It also fits me wrapped double and worn close to the neck but please check the measurements as we all come in wonderfully different shapes and sizes.

This one has a great antique look to it and is versatile to dress up or down. Love the pop of color from the turquoise that surround each little Etruscan orb.

Props and additional items not included. Please note the measurements as I have small hands and it can be difficult to decipher scale from photos, especially with the zoomed images that I am required to present for detail.

MEASUREMENTS:
It weighs 9.1 grams. It is just under 30 inches in length. The cable chain gauge is about 2.1mm.

IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:

No notable damage to the chain, no welds, it's beautiful with a rich antique patina that is warm but still glowing. The stones each have some nicks and nibbles, and varying hues from age and patina). They still have very nice sheen and polish and a gorgeous color. The clasp isn't an exact patina match but functions well and it can also be slipped over the head.

Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
